2010 Education Courses ARL Rules and Policies The Junior Rugby League environment is set to become safer after the passing of new laws preventing certain people up-front from applying for a Blue card. The QRL has directed that all Clubs ensure that its personnel including Duty Officials, Leaguesafe Runners, Statisticians etc. have a Blue Card. The Club can arrange for the application to be submitted free of charge. For more information contact Lisa Morgan or your Team Manager.
